Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one mail account to another, activate email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the email box account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
